Standing in a commanding position towards the top of a gentle hill and set in its own one acre garden surrounded by farmland, the house and pool are totally private.  The area containing the swimming pool is completely walled, providing cosiness and privacy, with the wall overlooking the valley slightly lowered to provide a magnificent view.

The 11m x 4.5m pool is mosaic tiled with a curved Roman end.  A French window leads directly from the second lounge into the pool area.  Children need to be under supervision in the pool area.
The bathroom in the second lounge can be used as a pool changing room/shower room and the second lounge provides a perfect area for evening drinks overlooking the pool if the weather is inclement.  There is a pergola and teak dining table with chairs in the pool area together with 8 sun loungers.

The ground floor of the house has good wheelchair accessibility and is all on one level. The second lounge on the ground floor has a very comfortable bed settee and en-suite bathroom which leads onto the poolside patio area - this makes the property wheelchair friendly.  The farmhouse is suitable for children.

A French window leads from the main lounge/dining area directly on to a shady patio at the rear of the house, which is ideal for eating out on warm days and evenings.  Two large picnic tables are provided here.

There are two barbecues at the house, both in stainless steel which are ideal for outdoor cooking.  There is an outdoor table tennis table with balls and bats together with 3 bicycles which can be used free of charge (further bicycles can be hired locally at a cost of around £20.00 per week per bicycle)...
